Joe helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Through the entire experience Joe was resourceful and patient with us and explained every step of the process to help reassure us and make the entire home buying process less stressful. Joe went out of his way to research different programs and provide us with as much information as possible that would ensure we could ultimately be successful. Joe Whilden was easy to work with, provided great guidance to my son who was purchasing his first home, and caught a higher-than-needed home insurance quote we got from an insurance broker. He told us the estimated range we should expect to pay for a home of our size and recommended a different home insurance broker. It saved my son $1,000 in unnecessary cost annually.
