Wonderful great experienceWonderful great experience From the time I spoke with Gil to completion of the loan process everything was done so professionally. Gil was always available and answered all my questions as I went through  this process. Gil's team was fantastic. They handled all the paperwork and everything went extremely smooth. Gil even travel to North Carolina to our closing to make sure everything went according to plan. I would highly recommend Gil Lunsford and his team at GMC mortgage lender for anyone wanting a professional team to assist in their mortgage needs. Friendly and helpfulFriendly and helpful Gil was helpul and friendly throughout the entire process of building a new home, whichbis not a quick process.  The paperwork was online and easy to understand and upload the necessary documents for buying a home so that I didn't have to go by the office to drop it off.

Above and Beyond!Above and Beyond! I seldom complete online reviews but, honestly I have seldom encountered an individual such as Gil who became so personally invested with ensuring that I got the loan completed.  This wasn't a standard loan nor an easy situation and he kept at the process working time and again with underwriters until we found a combination that worked for all involved.  Amazing! An honor and a privilege to work with!An honor and a privilege to work with! It is an honor and a privilege to write a review on Gil Lunsford. I have purchased many homes in my lifetime but have never experienced hands-on professional, yet compassionate, service like I received from Gil and his staff at McLean Mortgage.  I knew going in that my mortgage was going to be difficult, if not impossible, due to circumstances that were out of my control.  Gil mixes old fashion hands-on, face-to-face communication with the latest computer technology.  Because of this balance and Gil's vast knowledge and experience I was able to purchase and close on my home quickly. 

I was so impressed with Gil and McLean Mortgage that when the time came for me to downsize I immediately contacted Gil for guidance. He again took me through a successful purchasing and closing!

Fantastic lenderFantastic lender Where do I begin?  Gil is without a doubt the finest mortgage lender we have ever dealt with.  We have now done 3 mortgages with him, and his customer service is outstanding.  He stays on top of every detail, so you won't have a single worry for your closing.  He is quite exceptional in his field.
