Stress free and a positive experienceStress free and a positive experience This was our second home purchase so we had a mortgage lender in mind but my realtor insisted that Eric Hopkins from Vellum was the way to go and she was right!   Eric and his Team are very hard workers.  They are extremely competent, and are expedient in their service. They treated me with respect and dignity.   They were always available to me to answer my questions or provide the appropriate paperwork when I needed it,  which was usually right away.  They did a lot of work behind the scenes that kept me stress free.  I really liked the secure online system they use to share various documents needed for the home loan process,  rather than emailing personal information over email.
