My first experience with Vellum was when my son needed a mortgage company for the condo he was buying.  I felt they provided an outstanding service to qualify him for the loan.  I had him when I bought my townhouse and decided to go to him when I needed a qualification for a loan for my home.  I checked several mortgage companies and then I remembered how great Carlos and his team was with my mortgage.  With this one it wasn't a surprise.  They did a fantastic job. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. I am super happy to have worked with the Larrazabal/Vellum team. Al was a great guide on the purchase of my first home since the first time we spoke back in 2022. Very professional, very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Being a first time home buyer can be very scary, but this team was able to make me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for their services and you will not be disappointed! I will definitely be back and hopefully purchase a second home in the near future. Very honest and sincere when needed to be. They were also very flexible with appointments. Carlso were very prompt on all my emails , even when I would write an email on a weekend or late hours his response was immediately.
