Greg has originated for 15 years and has helped to arrange almost 1.5 billion dollars in residential mortgages. He has provided solutions for thousands of clients within the Washington, DC, metro area during his career. In addition, he ranks in the top 30 of the 2017 Scotsman’s Guide Top Originators for purchase volume and continues to year after year. “Vellum’s technology and forward thinking in our changing industry will allow my team and me to provide a smooth and transparent mortgage experience,” said Kingsbury.

Carlos Larrazabal

Carlos has helped to arrange over 1 billion dollars in residential mortgages during his 15-year origination career. He’s the Top Originator for FHA loans in volume and is consistently in the Top 5 in the United States. He’s also in the 2018 Top 5 Latino Mortgage Originators in the US by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. “The support and resources that Vellum provides are allowing me to elevate my business to new levels” Larrazabal said.

Shannon Leydig

With nearly two decades of mortgage experience, Shannon brings her skills to helping firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, military (active, reserves & veterans), as well as healthcare professionals and teachers with the Homes For Heroes program.
