I am happy to say that I finally closed on my modest little brick home yesterday. What started as sort of a mess with another broker (presidential) turned into a total disaster leaving me feeling as though I was going lose out on an opportunity to be able to buy this home was totally turned right side up in a matter of hours.  Things started moving in a positive direction almost immediately. Special "Thank You" to Shannon Leydig and Nena Tiarht for there exceptional and amazingly professional efforts to get me where I feel that I need to be. This was not a large purchase but these two ladies treated this as if it was a $3 million dollar transaction and made me feel safe in knowing that I  was in the best hands that I  could be in. I didn't have to do nothing much but signed when the documents were ready. She is quick and accurate when it comes to refinancing in order to decrease the interest rate at the time. She took over our loan at the last minute from another loan officer that had pre approved us but when it came time to go to settlement couldn't get us approved because we own a business.  Shannon jumped right in, settled our nerves and had the loan approved and closed in three weeks.  She was knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and and absolute rock star! I can honestly sum it up very simply. Use Shannon, don't use anyone else. My experience with Shannon is that I've bought 2 homes with her handling both mortgages in the last few years, and she was nothing short of awesome. She made the process (both of them) nothing but literally as simple and easy and the least stressful as it possibly could be. Everything was on time. I never had to chase her down for anything. Her team is on top of everything. Shannon and her team know this business inside and out.  It is just very simple in my opinion. I would never use anyone else. And I can't recommend Shannon Leydig and her team more highly!  If you need a mortgage, Shannon Leydig, If you go with her, you'll never use anyone else, and you will be so happy you did!  My biggest concern when purchasing a home was how awful the mortgage process was going to be (I had heard stories!) And it kept me from buying for a while.  And to my complete surprise and delight it was the easiest part of the whole process, boy did that make me happy and a lot less stressed.  In my opinion, the reason why it was that way was because of Shannon Leydig and her team.  There are lot of lenders out there and I'm sure a lot of them are good, but, Shannon, if I ever buy again and as long as I'm ever buying, I will use her and I will point any of my friend's, relatives, or anybody that would ever ask me towards her as well, I mean, she's just that good.  It's as Simple as that.  She is simply the best!
